This is where I have taken my knowledge of the nervous system, the lymphatic system, and breath work and I have add exercises into my clients workouts that improve the functioning of these systems. Across the board most people I meet deal with stress, have blocked lymphatic systems, and dont breath properly. All of these things will impact your fitness results you are trying to achieve. In addition, an emphasis is placed on joint strength as an injury prevention tool.
Yes. I am a certified Strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a certified Functional Movement Specialist, Applied Human Health & Performance Specialist, and a certified Neurofit Trainer.
Most people that work with either want to get stronger, Improve their Mobility, Reduce joint pain, or even lose Weight. BUT they are also dealing with past injuries that are beyond their expertise in try to workout around. Most of my clients appreciate my injury prevention approach. My clients are ones who are wanting to make a LIFESTYLE change to become healthy in multiple areas of their lives.
Yes my programs are designed to cater to all fitness levels, including beginners. Modifications and progressions are provided to ensure that everyone can start at their own pace and gradually build from there.
This is up to the client. I work with a couple of training apps, some include nutrition guidance and some dont. So if you want this as part of your program just let me know. Prices are subject to change with this program addition.
YES- the personalized programs are just that. Personalized to the equipment that you do have. On the flipside, workout programs can be personalized to someone who workouts at a gym.
