You will download the EverFit app from your app store, and this will seamlessly provide you with your workout schedule while also providing a chat feature to message me. The app also allows us to work on specific healthy habits.
Macros, Meal Plans, etc are not included in this program. What IS INCLUDED is high level nutrition guidance, as well as a food logging feature in the app to identify areas that need improvement.
YES- Amanda’s style of training can be matched with any fitness goal. She just adds injury prevention principles, and body system work, INTO the weightloss program.
Amanda has studied the nervous system and the lymphatic system extensively, and has discovered that working on these systems can maximize your fitness results. Exercises are worked into the program to optimize these systems.
