We offer private and semi-private trainings for every level. Our semi-private workouts are capped at 6 people so that everyone can get the individual attention they need.


Personal Training

5:30pm – 7:00pm

Private, hour long session, customized to meet your personal health and weight loss goals. Want to train with a friend? Buddy sessions available.

We customize your workout based on your unique goals – whether that is to lose 10, 20, or even 50 pounds, recover from an injury, get back into a fitness routine, or if you are looking to get toned and build muscle.

Semi-Private Training

Mondays, Wednesdays
5:30 pm , 8 am 


Thirty minute total body workout including strength and cardio intervals designed to get maximum weight loss in the shortest amount of time. 

Here we incorporate cardio intervals with free weight exercises to help you build leaner muscles.

Semi-Private training sessions are fast-paced and incorporate both cardio and strength training for serious weight loss.

Wicked Strong

Tuesday & Thursday 6am, Saturday 7 am

A boot camp like you’ve never had before. This group exercise class will challenge you. We guarantee you’ll leave the gym feeling accomplished and motivated to accomplish great things throughout the day! Wicked Strong is an hour long group exercise class that incorporates weights, cardio and body weight exercises to give you a total body workout that will get your metabolism burning! Nutritional Counseling

Individual customized nutritional plans updated every six weeks based on body type, health conditions and weight loss goals.
